Addys Villas Vacation Rentals | Motel

This is my third stay here (I’m currently staying here this weekend writing this review haha). This is a gem in the Venice/Nokomis area. Family owned with impeccable service, friendly staff, and great rooms! Plenty of parking and a gas station literally within 300 feet to walk to get snacks! You can’t find a better price for the location and cleanliness. The owners take huge pride in making sure your stay is great from start to finish!

We stayed here last weekend and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The place was SPOTLESS — seriously, one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed at. Cleanliness is always my biggest concern when booking a new place, and this one totally exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were both super spacious and comfortable. I also loved the little kitchenette setup — a fridge, sink, and space to prep or warm up something quick. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the bathroom was just as clean and fresh as the rest of the room. Another thing I LOVED: no traditional check-in or check-out process! They called me beforehand and gave me super clear instructions on how to get in. We arrived late at night and the office was already closed, so this was a lifesaver. And when it was time to leave, they simply left our receipt at the door — no hassle, no lines, no stress. This made the whole experience so smooth and easy. To top it off, they had a folder in the room with local recommendations for restaurants, cafes, beaches, and things to do — so thoughtful and personal. Such a beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept place. Thank you so much Addys Villas for having us! We’d definitely come back!

This place is not only extremely clean but it's absolutely beautiful. The outside grounds are very well maintained. The inside of the cottages and efficiencies are spotless and have the vacation fell as soon as you walk through the door. The owners Mike & Chuck don't just run an amazing place they themselves are very accommodating, understanding and they actually care about their guests. George is one of a kind. He is definitely a wonderful person that does his very best to keep Addy's Villas amazing.

My mom got married in FL a few years ago and our whole family rented out the Villas! It was the best week of our lives. The owner was so very friendly and helpful. Talk about a true southern owner! They treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. No complaints at all! We stayed a whole week! I work at a country club near by and recommend this place anytime someone needs a clean, comfy, welcoming place.

The owners live on site and are always available and aim to please with any special request. As other people have mentioned, villas are incredibly spotless and decorated with very comfortable, new furnishings. We had a two bedroom villa with a full kitchen and were able to easily cook. Villa‘s are very quiet and spread out on their large property so that privacy is not an issue. Highly recommended, we hope to return.

We are so delighted to find this gem ! Everything is wonderful about this place! The location is super for us and the villa we stayed in was so clean, and had a full kitchen and everything you need. The bedrooms were bright and happy and the mattress and pillows so comfortable. The bathroom was perfect. I love the screened in lanai to sit outside and relax and the garage and washer and dryer was a bonus if you need it. The pool is beautiful. And above all, the owners, Michael whom I spoke with, he called to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. This to me just added that personal touch that would make me coming back everytime I visit Nokomis/Venice area! Very customer service oriented and just a genuine nice person. Eric, the manager when I called a few times, was so very professional, happy and friendly, he was excellent and I would come back because of him as well. So overall I highly recommend this property for everything! A to Z is covered and I feel like family now. We really appreciate it and will return. And great job on the booklet put together for Dining, attractions, and phone numbers of local places. Very informative and alot of effort went into creating this binder of information for guests...

Absolutely loved my stay here and i most certainly will be back again! From the friendliness and speed of check in to the comfort and cleanliness of the villa, to the peace and quiet, laundry room, sanitized appliances and flatware and plateware, to the most amazing location near Venice and Nokomis beaches, it was very much worth the great price! Thanks guy's!
